Big Narstie, is a British MC, rapper, television presenter, and founder of Big Narstie Medical. As a solo artist, Big Narstie released several mixtapes, with his EP "#PAIN," released in 2012, which reached number five on the iTunes UK Hip Hop chart, earning him the Urban Music Award for Best Grime Act that year. Miguel’s distinguished career is anchored by his success in global expansion and sales excellence. Miguel joined Aurora from Reliva, a leading CBD company in the U.S., where he served as President and CEO. Aurora acquired Reliva in 2020. Prior to Reliva, Miguel served as President and General Manager of Logic Technology, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of electronic cigarettes. Under his leadership, Logic was launched in over 38 countries, securing leading global market share which poised the company for a successful acquisition. He also served as Senior Vice-President and General Manager of Altria Sales & Distribution, one of the largest producers and marketers of tobacco, cigarettes and related products globally. While in that role, Miguel led the sales organization responsible for Philip Morris USA, UST and John Middleton. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont.

Shai Ramsahai is a cannabis industry veteran and entrepreneur who grew up with Royal Queen Seeds (RQS) and uses his intimate knowledge to guide the company’s international expansion. As the son of RQS Founder Boy Ramsahai, Shai has worn many hats at the company, starting as a seed packager and working his way up through roles such as sales representative, online ordering support, European sales team manager and, ultimately, president. Tom Has been involved in the cannabis industry since leaving university in 2002, when he set up Seedsman – a UK based seed bank. Seedsman has been instrumental in the marketing and distribution of several innovations in the cannabis seed industry from auto-flowering to CBD genetics, and constantly has an eye on the future of the industry and new product development. Seedsman, and its B2B brand Tiger One, now operate with distribution hubs in the US, Spain, UK and South Africa.

SECRETARY NGO, ENCOD (EUROPEAN COALITION FOR JUST AND EFFECTIVE DRUG POLICIES)

Ana is responsible for political and social advocacy at ConFAC (Confederation of Cannabis Social Clubs in Spain) and is Secretary of ENCOD (European Coalition for Just and Effective Drug Policies). Also, she recently started a collaboration with RdR LAB in the Harm Reduction scope. Her professional career began in 2009 in a pioneer club, La MACA Barcelona. She currently promotes the Cannabis Social Club model in international and national policy forums advocating for people-centered drug policies, such as the Commission on Narcotic Drugs of the United Nations. Her recent publications include the European Guidelines for Cannabis Social Clubs.
